Can I offer these certificates to anyone from any country?

No, these certificates are only valid for customers residing in the United States and Canada.

Do you use my customers email or info for any other purpose?

We do not share your customers email with any third parties however, we may contact them in the future with retail travel offers.

Do you have to set your reservations and travel by the expiration date?

Yes, they must complete travel before the expiration date printed on the certificates.

Do the certificates have an expiration date?

Yes, we generally give customers 2 years to redeem their certificate depending on your program.

​Are there any blackout dates on the certificates?

Dates are provided based on promotional availability. However, If a guest wants to travel during a time that is not promotionally available they can always pay an upgrade fee to travel during those times provided there is availability. Some examples include Peak Cruise Season, Major Holidays, Federal & State Holidays, and Spring Break.

Can I give the certificates out to my own employees or use them myself?

No, because these certificates are designed for promotional use they are not permitted to be used by the purchaser or their employees. We have other programs available that are designed for employee use.
