We utilize these rates to pass on exceptional deals to you, our clients. We then provide full in-house travel agency services to your customers (Guests) and seek to retain Guests not just for 1 booking, but for all their future travel needs.
No, these certificates are only valid for customers residing in the United States and Canada.
We do not share your customers email with any third parties however, we may contact them in the future with retail travel offers.
Yes, they must complete travel before the expiration date printed on the certificates.
Yes, we generally give customers 2 years to redeem their certificate depending on your program.
Dates are provided based on promotional availability. However, If a guest wants to travel during a time that is not promotionally available they can always pay an upgrade fee to travel during those times provided there is availability. Some examples include Peak Cruise Season, Major Holidays, Federal & State Holidays, and Spring Break.
No, because these certificates are designed for promotional use they are not permitted to be used by the purchaser or their employees. We have other programs available that are designed for employee use.
